Supply Chain & Inventory Officer
Job Description
- Inventory Control & Analysis: Maintain accurate daily records of inventory, including purchasing, receiving, and storing, to ensure stock accuracy.
- Demand Forecasting: Utilize data and software to analyze trends, forecasting future inventory needs to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock flow, negotiate costs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain to improve procedures and reduce costs.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate detailed reports on inventory performance and ensure safety/legal standards are met within the warehouse.
- Team Management: Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff on inventory procedures
